30 journaling prompts for growth and gratitude

Because of my increasing love for journaling (and just because I wanted to write up a short, yet useful blog that would tie into future posts), here is a list of 30 journaling prompts that have helped me on my mental cleansing journey. These prompts are for when you want to let out thoughts and feelings and don't know where to start, if you want to know yourself better, or if your stream of conscious just isn't cooperating. Set a timer for 10 minutes, or even 5, and get to work.

1. I don't want to write about... This is supposed to trick your subconscious and get you writing about hidden topics. So neat!
